Why did I become a yoga instructor?
First and foremost, I’m a dancer, therefore I’m confronted with my body every single day. That can cause a lot of pressure because it’s so easy to get lost in the thought: I am not … enough. When I started to practice yoga I fell in love with it because it gave me so much more awareness of myself, and it showed me that we are more than our physical appearance. I started to become more confident in myself. So that’s why I decided to become a yoga teacher, to share this experience, to change people’s minds about themselves and to show the beauty of movement without the pressure of perfection.
